In his new role, Derrick is poised to oversee the strategic direction of the company’s field operations, fostering growth and ensuring operational excellence. His decorated military background positions him uniquely to lead with resilience, precision, and integrity.

Since hanging up his SEAL trident, Derrick has made Myrtle Beach, South Carolina his home base, where he enjoys life with his family and engages in his passions for exploration and sports. His civilian tenure includes shaping future leaders as a Leadership Instructor for COORS Leadership Capital.

His adeptness in leading under pressure, driving team cohesiveness, and executing strategic plans will be pivotal in guiding both our Daily and Catastrophe Claims team.
